Asset Management: Real Estate

In real estate we currently focus on Europe and N. America, especially the USA. Together with different brokers in these respective markets we manage the sale and purchase process. Shiloh Advisors has either the assets or the buyer, sometimes both. Different assets are often in the core of activities: residential, commercial, logistics facilities, warehouses, and occasionally manufacturing and hotels. Together, with the project team in place, we bring the right parties to conclude the deal in a win-win, satisfying condition to all parties.

Asset Management: Art

Art is a passion of Dr. Shulamit Hadi, the founder of Shiloh Advisors. From an early age she was fascinated by paintings of great artists and got involved in art collecting of young artists in her twenties. With her knowledge, passion and art collector relationships, Dr. Hadi became actively involved in the art market. From time-to-time Shiloh Advisors offers for sale selected artworks of impressionist, contemporary and modern artists. Sometimes she represents selected art buyers as well. The key to success of the art sale process is a smooth, transparent yet discrete execution. Dr. Hadi nor Shiloh Advisors provide art expertise of any artwork. Such expertise must be done by the assigned buyer’s expert.
